333 ki Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 333 ki ("Platform", "we", "us") and the users of this platform ("User", "you"). These Terms take effect from the moment you access or begin using the 333 ki website and all services included within it.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: The 333 ki website and all online gaming and betting services provided through it.
• Account: A single personal account registered by a user.
• Real Money Balance: The amount of money deposited into a user's account.
• Bonus Balance: An additional amount granted under a promotion, which cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before the amount earned from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The terms "money" or "৳" used in these Terms always refer to Bangladeshi Taka.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

At any time — particularly before large withdrawals — 333 ki reserves the right to verify a user's identity. Government-issued identification (National ID or passport) and proof of address may be requested for this verification. If the required documents are not submitted upon request, the platform has the right to hold transactions or temporarily suspend the account.

2.4 Updating Registration Information

It is the user's responsibility to notify the 333 ki support team immediately if their mobile number, email, or payment details change. Any loss resulting from outdated information is the user's responsibility.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party or transferring the account is strictly prohibited. All activity carried out from a user's account — whether by the user themselves or by someone else — will be considered that user's responsibility.

If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the 333 ki support team must be notified immediately. Necessary action will be taken as quickly as possible after notification, however 333 ki will not be liable for any transactions that occurred before notification was received.

Using a strong password, changing it regularly, and taking care not to remain logged in on any public or shared device is each user's own responsibility.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used to make deposits at 333 ki. The minimum deposit is ৳300. The deposited amount is reflected in the user's account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) are also available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

After new registration at 333 ki, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Terms

If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, internet disconnection, or system failure, 333 ki will determine the outcome based on the data stored in its system. This decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The following activities are strictly prohibited and committing any of them may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Depositing or placing bets using a third party's funds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

• Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution of any part of the platform.

8.1 Action by the Platform

333 ki may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• When clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• At the direction of the relevant authorities.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at their own request. In that case, the 333 ki support team must be contacted. The opportunity will be given to withdraw any eligible balance before closure, however the bonus balance will be cancelled.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific terms of each promotion together form the complete agreement between 333 ki and the user. If any one clause becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
